NOTHING FELT SHARP

Nothing Felt Sharp explores how memories and emotions can feel blurry and unclear, especially when they carry pain or uncertainty. The work leans toward a reflective, sometimes difficult emotional space, focusing on moments that don’t come into sharp focus but instead remain hazy and unresolved.

The portraits and street photography are printed using risograph, a technique that creates a grainy, imperfect texture. This unsharp quality reflects how hard memories often feel—faded, distorted, and incomplete. Rather than trying to make everything clear, the zine uses this blur to show how some experiences don’t have clean edges or easy answers.

This collection is about accepting the messiness of memory and emotion, where nothing feels fully defined or sharp.
